Ginger

Ginger

warms and helps cold noses

(Zingiber officinale – ginger family)

Spicy, aromatic and at least at home in every kitchen since Alfons Schuhbeck's cooking shows and books! Ginger has been used in the kitchen for over 6,000 years and seafarers already knew 4,000 years ago that ginger contains many minerals and vitamins that counteract seasickness.
The evaporation releases aerosols that have an antiseptic and warming effect on us (and here in particular on our mucous membranes - runny noses).
