The filling should be plus 2.5 liters, otherwise the heating interval is shortened and thus becomes restless.

Cleaning and care
The water heater is to be maintained according to the enclosed product description. The stainless steel top plate and the associated herb grid can be rinsed under clear water and are also dishwasher-safe. It is advisable to change the herb pad and the steam water after 48 hours.
